Garden Volunteers Every Tuesday
WE HAVE BIG PLANS WHEN IT COMEs TO THE GARDEN.
Over the next 3 years will be restoring and improve the garden, not only as a special place for wildlife but also to allow space for visitors and as a resource for the local community. Our ambition is that we can achieve this by the Spring of 2023. Such a big task would not be possible without a team of hardworking individuals. Together we can make pathways, create a small market garden for produce, restore the original orchard and add plants to create a beautiful safe haven.
This project is not a money making enterprise for the farm, we just hope that the benefits of such a beautiful space will radiate out into the surrounding land and community. We meet at 10am at RP and talk through the plans for the day usually tackling a range of jobs to suit all interests and skill sets. We break for tea and cake at 11.30 and stop for a late lunch before heading home at 2pm.
